Completed in April 2024 and located on Turquoise Bay just steps from the beautiful Ritz Carlton, St. Thomas, Finca Cabrita is in close proximity (less than 5 minutes) to not only the East End’s finest bars and restaurants (including Sea Salt, The Easterly, Pesce Italian, Sunset Grille, Sangria’s, Caribbean Fish Market, and of course Duffy’s Love Shack) but also to beaches, restaurants, and shops of Cruz Bay on St. John since the Red Hook-Cruz Bay ferry terminal is just minutes away.

Inside the villa, you’ll find a full kitchen and generous common spaces where you can gather with family and friends. The villa has been expertly designed with island-inspired touches, high-end furnishings and brand-new furniture throughout. Large windows and double sliding doors bring the Caribbean sunshine inside and provide excellent views of Turquoise Bay and Great St. James Island.

Finca Cabrita has four bedrooms, three with king beds and a fourth with two twin beds that can be converted into a king upon request. Each bedroom is equipped with separately controlled air conditioning units and ceiling fans, and each has its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for every guest. With a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, Starlink Wi-Fi and flatscreen TVs throughout, you’ll have easy access to all the modern amenities of home.

Outside, you can enjoy the landscaped grounds, relax in the infinity-style swimming pool that overlooks Turquoise Bay and Great Bay, or venture up to the roof-top deck and soak in 360-degree ocean and mountain sunset views stretching west across Red Hook Harbor and Vessup Bay and east to St. John, the British Virgin Islands. The villa features a poolside bathroom for guests’ convenience. After your swim, explore enjoy a vigorous hike around Cabrita Point and surrounding communities, or enjoy some additional R&R at the Ritz-Carlton and Vessup Beach which are just a short walk away. Rates for Finca Cabrita start at a special promotional rate of $950 per night and vary by season.
