Design Details
From the moment you step foot in one of our St. Thomas vacation rentals, we want you to feel like you’ve arrived in paradise. It all starts with design - finding comfortable, stylish furnishings that make you feel right at home.
We’ve been lucky to work with one of St. Thomas’s leading design firms, Lagnappe Custom Interiors, on several of our villas. This HGTV award-winning business creates spaces that are unique, elevated and embrace St. Thomas’s heritage. They transformed Villa Blanca (top) into an eclectic tropical masterpiece and designed the stunning modern interior of Island Serenity (bottom).
Stocking
Next, we ensure that each of our St. Thomas vacation rentals is stocked with everything all the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. This varies by property, but generally includes kitchenware, towels and linens, soaps and shampoos and bathroom products, cleaning essentials, coffee and a coffee maker and beach towels. Many of our properties also have fun extras like coolers and beach toys.
We can also make sure the fridge and pantry are full of your favorite food and drinks. You can reach out to our concierge service for information about provisioning.
Cleaning & Maintenance
We work with some of the best cleaning and maintenance crews on the island to keep our St. Thomas vacation rentals spotless and in good repair. In between stays, our villas are thoroughly deep cleaned and restocked with towels and linens. You can even request our cleaning crews visit during your stay to freshen up your condo or villa.
Transportation & Activities
While you’re packing and preparing for your trip, our complimentary concierge service is busy ensuring that your transportation is booked, your excursions are planned and your provisioning order is ready upon arrival.
How do we make the magic happen? You’ll receive a call from our concierge service prior to arrival to review your plans and determine how we can help. From there, we’ll help you book the best services on the island. Need something special, like a romantic setup for a proposal or a chef-prepared birthday dinner? Just let us know and we’ll help you bring your dreams to life!
Check In
We’re dedicated to making sure your arrival in paradise goes seamlessly. You’ll receive an email the day before check-in with driving directions and all of the information you’ll need to enter the property and start enjoying your stay. If you’re staying at one of our villas, a member of the Island Luxury team will meet you on site and walk you through everything you’ll need to know to maximize your stay. If you have questions on the big day, just ask! There is always an Island Luxury team-member on the island to personally assist you.
